EXCELLENT SERVICE




Service is basically the activities offered by organizations or individuals to the consumer, which is intangible and can not be owned, while the excellent service is a translation of the term "excellent service" which literally means the very best service, because in accordance with the standard of service that apply or owned by a government agency to provide services.
1.      Purpose Service Excellence
In the business world or government agencies often we hear the phrase "priority service to our guests / customers", which means constantly watching and serve the needs of the users of goods / services or the general public / consumers with good service process as desired or the customer community .
There are some basic things that become excellent service purposes, namely:
a.       To generate confidence and satisfaction to customers.
b.      To keep customers feel overlooked and considered all their needs.
c.       To retain customers in order to remain faithful to use the goods / services that we offer.

2.      According to Barata, excellent service (service excellence) consists of six basic elements, among others:
a.       Capability
The capacity of an individual to perform various tasks in a job.
b.      Attitude
How do we like / dislike about something and ultimately determines our behavior.
c.       Appearance
Self-image self-assessment means someone sees first of appearance.
d.      Attention
With an attention one can give a very bearti suport for people who watch out.
e.       Action
Something that is done, any act or acts that undertaken to address something
f.       Accounttability
Account for all of his work, awareness of the behavior or actions that intentionally or not intentionally, responsibility also means doing as the embodiment of a consciousness of duty.

3.      Types of Excellent Service
a.       Excellent service to internal customers
Internal customers are the people who are involved in the production process of goods / services from the start of planning, creation, or production of goods to marketing and sales as well as its administration
b.      Excellent service to external customers
External customers are all parties or persons who are outside the company or outside the government agencies, entrusted to receive services and purchase of goods / services produced by a company.
